I'm slightly surprised at how much easier quiting has been than I thought it would be. I'm not saying it's been a breeze but I was dreading the horrible withdrawals but I believe they have been overrated. The hardest part for me so far has been after work. I get off, go home and that's when I want one the most. Twice I caught myself searching for one and had to stop myself.
